A Trio of Transmogs

So last week I posted about 'My First Steps' into the world of transmog. Since that post, and my discovery of MogIt, I've been spending my spare in-game time (i.e. whilst on a flight path) browsing through the catalogue of clothes.

I also decided to sort out my hunters bank and sell any gear I'm unlikely to transmog to in order to create room for more appealing items. Aside from my collection of bows (and a few guns) I also have most of Giantstalker Armor and Dragonstalker Armor plus a few items of Gronnstalker's Armor.

I managed to create two transmog sets for my hunter (each to match a bow I already own) and a set for my mage which I intend to be my entry for The Amazing Transmog Survivor Contest! These are my first real transmog sets so I'd appreciate any feedback but please be gentle on me!

Hunter Set 1: Glorious Green
Green is one of my favourite colours and I think that's why I love the Black Bow of the Betrayer so much. As mentioned previously this bow is the only item I've ever transmogged to. Whilst it fits in with most gear I've always wanted to create a transmog set specifically to go with it - and that's what I did. Most of the gear is the Vicious Gladiator's Pursuit transmog set with a few slight variation due to personal choice.

Shoulders - Iron Studded Mantle, Chest - Vicious Gladiator's Chain Armor, Hands - Vicious Gladiator's Chain Gauntlets, Waist - Lifecycle Waistguard, Legs - Vicious Gladiator's Chain Leggings, Feet - Vicious Gladiator's Sabatons of Cruelty, Bow - Black Bow of the Betrayer.

Hunter Set 2: Complementary Colours
I have the Sunfury Bow of the Phoenix sat in my hunters bank. Something about this bows garish colours has stopped me from vendoring it. However, I've never used it (as a transmog piece) as I think it requires an entire transmog set that fits in with it. Whilst searching through my bank I noticed my near complete Dragonstalker Armor set and thought why not try them together. After all yellow/orange and purple complement each other.

Mage Set 1: Disciple of Har’koa Entry
This is my entry for The Amazing Transmog Survivor Contest! The theme for this round was to design a 'Disciple of Har'koa' taking inspiration from the spirit. Initially I wanted to create a transmog for my hunter as she has a cat pet that looks exactly like Har'koa. Sadly, I couldn't find any mail gear that I liked so instead I designed my mages first transmog set. I took my inspiration from Har'koa's white and bright blue colouration.

Head - Collar of Command, Shoulders - Pauldrons of Sufferance, Cloak - Moonbrook Cloak, Chest - Mooncloth Robe, Hands - Celestial Handwraps, Waist - Vindicator's Mooncloth Belt, Legs - Mooncloth Leggings, Feet - Celestial Slippers, Wand - Crescent Wand.

    1. Thanks! Yeah, I'm hoping to transmog my gear pretty soon - only got a few items that I think I'll be able to upgrade (avoiding raiding). So once I've sorted something I'll be sure to send it in for FDF. Wish I had more Draenei!
